What is Invisalign
Invisalign is a clinically proven, almost invisible method of straightening teeth without metal braces. A series of clear, removable aligners gradually reposition teeth into a desired pattern, whilst being fully removable for eating and cleaning.
How does it work?
Based on a doctor's diagnosis, a series of aligners are custom made in the Invisalign laboratory using advanced computer imaging technology. Patients wear each aligner for two weeks before they are replaced with the next set, until teeth are straightened.
Why should I select Invisalign?
Aligners are nearly invisible, straightening teeth without anyone noticing. They are comfortable, with no wires or metal to cause mouth abrasions. Aligners are removable to allow eating, drinking, dental care or other activities. Invisalign allows better oral hygiene during treatment, allowing regular brushing and flossing to maintain healthy gums and teeth.
Will it work for me?
If you have all your adult teeth (fully-erupted molars), it should be possible to treat you with Invisalign, even if you have crowns or bridges. Many common issues like crooked or crowded teeth, spaces between teeth and certain overbite and crossbite issues can be successfully corrected.
